I have know had the rear shock that I was getting upgraded to Kashima coat on the bike for just over a week and can confirm that it was well worth it.
I have been out a couple of time at my local trail and am well impressed with just how much more active the shock is.
If you are toying with the idea or just not sure if it is a worth wile upgrade!!!!
Do it you will not be disappointed.
I am head down working hard and it has came to my attention that it is my Birthday.
I am surrounded with lots of the top parts any rider could wish for.
I have the overwhelming urge to treat myself .
So help me out I am not thinking bike as that would just be greed. (As I have two of the sweetest rides out)

At first look you might even miss it but look again this is The New Formula RO brakes that are the first brake to feature OVEL piston’s.

German brand Cube have a vast range of bikes that never seem to disappoint.
One of the newest to there range is the Two15 Full DH race bike now on sale.
At first glance it is a very nice looking bike and on further inspection it is very nice spec to with colour coded parts to help it blend in.
One thing that jumped out at me was the New ovel piston brake from Formula.
This paired with the rest of the spec for £4199 it is not to be over looked

Now that Brands like RockShox and FoxRacingshox are on board they really are reaching new heights with some of the best technologies that we could ask for.
I myself would love one but as I am still at the stage where a short rest at the top of a climb is more than appreciated I have yet to purchase one.
That said as my fitness level improves I will soon to be faced with the choice.

Congratulations to Mark Cavendish for winning Stage 3 of the Tour of Qatar on his debut with Team Sky, despite not feeling 100%!
Mark fell ill on the flight over to Qatar and missed out on some training but showed the true grit and determination of a World Champion by crossing the line first with a sprint finish. Mark appeared to be boxed in coming into the last straight but managed to weave through to the front and cross the line in first place.
We wish Mark all the best for the upcoming fourth stage today.

When I first seen the Kashima coating that Fox Racing Shox now offer I was a little unsure as to just how much of a difference it would really make and wither it would be worth the extra cash.
I eventually had the chance to try both back to back and was well impressed and for the cost of upgrade it’s defo worth it.
My Rp23 is getting Kashima coating upgrade and being refitted to my Factor first thing next week can’t wait.
